Once more, the two Riddim & Groove DJs, Scarce One and Selecta M, team with Philly's own, the "Incredible Mr. Fantastic" Skeme Richards of the legendary Sesion31 and the world famous Rock Steady Crew. Together they travel across the country throughout the month of October and have a heavy dosage of 45 sure shot grooves in tow.
